Zac Brown Band Announces Surprise Summer Tour Dates

The Zac Brown Band shocked fans Wednesday morning by dropping 12 unannounced summer tour dates across the U.S. The country-rock group revealed the "Comeback Tour" will kick off June 5 in Tampa, Florida, with stops in major markets like Chicago, Boston, and Los Angeles.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster, with presales starting Thursday for fan club members. The tour announcement comes just weeks after the band wrapped their European leg, which included a standout performance at London's O2 Arena in March.

Social media erupted with excitement following the news, with #ZacBrownBand trending on Twitter. Fans particularly celebrated the inclusion of smaller venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, a stark contrast to their typical stadium shows.

The band's management confirmed this will be their only U.S. tour in 2026. Industry analysts speculate the surprise dates may precede new music, as the group hasn't released an album since 2025's "The Comeback."

Several dates already show limited availability, including the July 4 weekend show at Nashville's Ascend Amphitheater. The tour wraps August 30 in San Diego, coinciding with the band's 20th anniversary celebrations.

This marks Zac Brown Band's first major tour since parting ways with longtime violinist Jimmy De Martini last fall. Newest member Caroline Jones will continue her role as multi-instrumentalist and vocalist for all dates.
